The 99th vulpine side shrine of Fushimi Inari Taisha, and the 16th one within the Shiragiku-no-Taki cluster. As usual, it is watched over by a pair of slightly life-sized stone foxes, with the left one holding a scroll, and the right one holding an orb.
I think it has two more names, but the names on the Iwakura are really hard to read. Here's a closeup if you want to try to decipher them.
