The 19th vulpine side shrine of Fushimi Inari Taisha, and the twelfth within the Kobogataki supercluster, located in its western area. This one features a pair of Komainu again, sitting in front of the obligatory two life-sized stone foxes. It would appear that foxes and dogs mingle more frequently in this area.

Also, I wasn't able to decipher one of the Kanji in one of the names. As usual, feel free to give it a try, and post what you think it might be in the comments. The Kanji in question is on the bottom left Iwakura, the second from the bottom.
