After not finding any fox-shrines for a whole month while helping out on a strawberry farm at the outskirts of Sapporo, I'm finally on the move again and finding new fox shrines. This one is the only fox shrine that I should find in the vicinity of Kitami (北見 "North View") in northeastern Hokkaido, and the second and final fox shrine where I would encounter live foxes. This one is located near a town with the unnecessarily complicated name of Rubeshibecho Onneyu Onsen (留辺蘂町温根湯温泉 "Detained Border Pistil Town Warm Root Bath Hot Springs").
This one is located in the Kitakitsune Bokujou (北きつね牧場 "North Fox Farm"), and the inner shrine is out of bounds and not accessible from inside he enclosure, where I can once again walk around live foxes, and also Tanuki. The foxes here are a lot more relaxed than in the Zao Kitsune Mura, which probably is because they don't need to compete for food here: fox chow is readily available at various feeding stations throughout the enclosure.
Here's a video of that place (although that video doesn't include the shrine).
