The first fox shrine that I should find in the Onsen (温泉 "Hot Spring") resort town of Yudanaka (湯田中 "In the Middle of the Hot Water Fields"). This is a compact stone shrine located not far from the station near a Thai restaurant. Six tiny porcelain foxes watch over this shrine
